Minty Educational Services partners with youth serving organizations such as schools, nonprofits, churches, after school programs, and executive leadership teams to design wellness centered professional training, leadership coaching, and retreats. We care for the adults who care for kids and communities, helping them reduce stress, strengthen culture, and sustain the work they are called to do.
Who we are
The Big Dipper
Minty Educational Services, inspired by Harriet Tubman’s childhood nickname “Minty,” was founded to honor her legacy of courage, liberation, and leading people to safety. Just as Harriet used the Big Dipper to guide freedom seekers toward new possibilities, we use our Big Dipper as a framework to guide youth serving organizations toward healthier, more sustainable ways of working.

The Game Orchestrator Podcast
The Game Orchestrator is Minty’s bi monthly podcast, available on Spotify, where the culture and the classroom meet. Hosted by Ernani Santos, Dr. Ijeoma Ononuju, and Shameeka “Mz. Meek” Wilson-Brown, the show is funny, honest, and unapologetically urban.
We feature guests who work with kids in all kinds of ways, including educators, nonprofit founders, pastors, coaches, dance instructors, art and piano teachers, tutors, and more. Each episode is about gaming you up and giving you gems on how to support young people, families, and communities.
Alongside stories and strategies, we host a Real Talk segment where we break down current events and what they mean for the babies and for the adults who serve them. Expect laughter, truth telling, and practical ideas you can take back to your classroom, program, or community space.
