Dr. Qiana O’Leary
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Qiana O’Leary is the Founder and CEO of Minty Educational Services and a seasoned educator, principal, and leadership coach. She designs institutes, retreats, and professional learning that blend evidence based practice, culturally responsive care, and educator wellness. With over two decades of experience across K–12 and higher education, she helps youth serving organizations align systems, strengthen culture, and build environments where adults and young people can thrive together.

Kyla Prince
Technology Support Specialist
Kyla Prince is Minty’s Technology Support Specialist and a proud HBCU graduate of Texas Southern University with a degree in Business Administration. She began as a Minty HBCU intern and now supports professional podcast editing, event technology, webinar and Zoom navigation, website updates, and merchandise design and inventory. With a background in hospitality and music production, Kyla keeps Minty’s digital and in person experiences smooth, welcoming, and on brand.

Dr. Jessyka Ramirez-Holden
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Jessyka Ramirez-Holden is Minty’s Chief Operating Officer and an equity driven educator, consultant, and instructional coach. With experience as a classroom teacher and Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction, she leads professional development, coaching systems, and curriculum design grounded in literacy, Reading Apprenticeship, and social justice. Jessyka also oversees key operational systems that keep Minty’s projects, partnerships, and implementation running smoothly and aligned to impact goals.

Dr. Emily R. Bautista
Consultant
Dr. Emily Bautista is an equity centered school leader, consultant, and scholar whose work spans ethnic studies, critical pedagogy, and transformative youth organizing. She has served as Principal, Assistant Principal, and Academic Director, leading restorative frameworks, MTSS, and project based learning for diverse communities. As a consultant and university instructor, she designs courses and trainings that support educators to build healing centered, justice focused school cultures grounded in data and community voice.

Shameeka M. Wilson-Brown
Consultant
Shameeka Wilson-Brown is a scholar practitioner whose work bridges special education, linguistics, and racial equity. A resident program supervisor and adjunct faculty member, she mentors future educators in inclusive education, identity conscious teaching, and social justice frameworks. Her research and K–12 experience focus on Black educators’ experiences, emergent bilinguals with disabilities, and anti racist pedagogy, bringing powerful expertise in qualitative inquiry and culturally and linguistically responsive practice.

Dr. Allegra Johnson
Consultant
Dr. Allegra Johnson is a special education and inclusive education leader with experience across K–12 and higher education. She has served as Executive Director of Educational Services and Director of Special Education, leading DEI initiatives, compliance systems, and professional learning for general and special educators. Through coaching, coursework, and her work with Uniquely Supported, she helps teams design sustainable, student centered, and legally compliant inclusive systems anchored in Universal Design for Learning.

Dr. Jane Wyche-Jonas
Consultant
Dr. Jane Wyche-Jonas is a veteran educator and instructional leader who strengthens humanities programs, literacy, and data informed professional learning. As a humanities specialist, she leads curriculum design, assessment alignment, and ongoing, job embedded professional development. Her previous roles as Assistant Principal, instructional coach, and classroom teacher have focused on improvement planning, formative assessment systems, and new teacher induction aligned with rigorous, equity focused outcomes.

Kamilah Mitchell
Consultant
Kamilah Mitchell is a healing centered educator and restorative justice practitioner with more than twenty years in education, youth development, and community work. As a Restorative Justice Coordinator, she leads re entry and harm circles, staff training, and student support systems that reduce suspensions and absenteeism. Through Teas With Meaning, she designs wellness experiences that model sustainable, community rooted care for educators, students, and partners.

Dr. Eghosa Obaizamomwan-Hamilton
Consultant
Dr. Eghosa Obaizamomwan-Hamilton is a scholar educator whose work centers Black feminist thought, abolitionist teaching, and healing centered learning environments. As a Clinical Associate and Adjunct Lecturer, she teaches courses on race, identity, equity, curriculum, and assessment. Her K–12 and community experience includes English teaching, social justice pathways, equity audits, and national presentations, supporting educators to design culturally sustaining, justice centered classrooms and programs.

Dr. Ijeoma “IjO” Ononuju
Consultant
Dr. Ijeoma “IjO” Ononuju is an equity strategist and scholar whose leadership spans higher education, youth development, philanthropy, and systems change. He has led large scale initiatives focused on social and economic justice, community based program design, and youth healing. At Touro University, Northern Arizona University, and UC Davis, he has designed equity centered coursework, guided diversity hiring and retention, and supported leaders in creating environments where Black and Brown students and educators thrive.

Charity Rock
Consultant
Charity Rock is a data driven math educator and instructional leader with deep experience as a secondary mathematics teacher, department head, and curriculum specialist. As a Secondary Math Specialist, she collaborates with coaches and leaders to design rigorous, standards aligned instruction that centers productive struggle, discourse, and critical thinking. Charity supports schools in using data and collaborative planning so diverse learners build confidence and strong math reasoning.

Rashad Sanders
Consultant
Rashad Sanders is a nationally recognized wellness practitioner who integrates mindfulness, meditation, body awareness, and yoga to support holistic well being for educators, students, and communities. With experience in cities around the world, he designs transformative wellness programming that centers presence, emotional regulation, and nervous system care for Black and Brown communities. His work with organizations like The Black Man Project informs Minty’s trauma informed retreats.

Ernani Santos
Consultant
Ernani Santos is a school and systems leader with more than two decades in education, specializing in school culture, leadership development, and student centered programming. He has served as Principal, Assistant Principal, and Assistant Chief Executive Officer, overseeing operations, strategic planning, and instructional leadership. Ernani’s work includes WASC accreditation, PBIS implementation, alternatives to suspension, and family partnerships that improve outcomes for diverse learners.

La Chanee D. Thompson
Consultant
La Chanee Thompson is an accomplished school and systems leader with over fifteen years of experience in principalship, district leadership, human resources, and instructional coaching. She has led data driven school improvement, weekly professional development, and systems that raised literacy and math outcomes. Her expertise in Title I, staffing, and compliance supports high need schools to strengthen culture, strategic planning, and community partnerships while advancing equity.
